1) Uncertainty of roles

Uncertainty of roles arises when a worker is not sure what to expect from his boss. Unlike the conflict of roles, here requirements will not be inconsistent, but also are evasive and indefinite. Jacob Bogatin states the common idea that in our modern life stresses play a considerable role. They influence behaviour of the person, its working capacity, health, mutual relations with associates and with members of the family.
What is the stress how it arises how influences a human body and how to struggle with it?
Jacob Bogatin says that the stress represents a condition of excessively strong and long psychological pressure which arises at the person when its nervous system receives an emotional overload.
Most widely used definition is the following:
“The stress is an intense condition of a human body, both physical, and mental.” Stress is presented in life of each person as presence of stressful impulses in all spheres of a human life and activity is doubtless.
What is an emotional stress?
Any event, the fact or the message can cause stress, i.e. to become a stress-activator. Stress-activators can be the diversified factors: microbes and viruses, various poisons, a high or low ambient temperature, a trauma etc. But it appears, that the same stress-activators can be and any emotional factors, i.e. the factors influencing emotional sphere of the person. It is everything, that the misfortune, the rough word, not deserved insult, a sudden obstacle to our actions or aspirations can excite us. Thus, this or that situation will act as the reason of stress or not, depends not only on the situation, but also on the person, its experience, expectations, a self-trust etc. Yakov Bogatin thinks that especially the threat estimation, expectation of dangerous consequences which is comprised by a situation has great value to develop a further stress increase.
Bogatin thinks that means, occurrence and stress experience depend not much from objective but largely on subjective factors, from features of the person: estimations it of a situation, comparisons of the forces and abilities that from it is required, etc.

Depression concerns those illnesses which are thought to be warned easier, than to treat. How should it be made? And how to struggle with depression if it nevertheless has overtaken you? Here some simple rules from Jacob Bogatin.

First of all, get enough sleep. As a rule, the depression is accompanied by a sleeplessness. A dream - the best doctor. Going to bed, well air a bedroom and whenever possible leave a window leaf opened. It will provide sufficient inflow of fresh air, and, means, you oversleep longer and will wake up more vigorously.

Great mind in a great body. Go in for sports. Even the usual morning exercices are capable to work magic, the good and checked up way for struggle against approaching depression. Only choose such complex of exercises that all groups of muscles have participated in work. Jogging, swimming, bicycle and equestrian sport, even the pedestrian walks help. Alternate brainwork and physical activity. In this sense, moderated, in pleasure, work on a country site – panacea for townspeople. The sky blue, air fresh, from the earth green sprouts make the way … Any depression because the life as is never good!

Doctors and Yakov Bogatin recommend in “bad” days to drink before meal fresh vegetable and fruit juices, slightly added some salt mineral water or simple boiled with lemon juice addition. Refrain from substantial food. It is desirable to include dishes in the menu from fish, sea kale, a string bean, lentil, beet, potatos, baked apples and cranberry.

Cores, except careful observance of doctor’s instructions, in heavy days will be helped by a special Warm treatment-and-prophylactic drink which will improve work of a cardiac muscle and will eliminate unpleasant sensations. It is necessary to drink 2-3 glasses per day.

From oat groats people prepare not only porridges but also kissels. In oat groats 12 % of fiber, 65 % of the carbohydrates, almost twice more than valuable vegetative fats, than in buckweat contain almost, 5,8 %, let alone vitamins and various mineral substances.
Bogatin Jacob states that the area of medical application of oat groats and flour is extensive enough. They have well proved as dietary means at gastroenteric diseases and a diabetes. At a diabetes drink oatmeal infusion: 100g oat groats it is necessary to insist in 1 l of cold boiled water within 8-12 hours, water to merge and drink it on a half-glass 3 times a day.
At urolithic illness any dishes from oat groats are useful.

Recently marketing researches state a huge increase in sales of porridge and flakes. Jacob Bogatin think that a basis of such popularity is the advantage of porridge for health.

According to Stephen Pratt, the expert in a food and the author of the book “Superfoods”, porridge is one of products which can improve and considerably prolong life.

One of the reasons why dieticians recommend porridges, a low glycemic index (GI) which means, that it is gradually digested by an organism and allows the person not to feel hunger. Many modern food experts consider that a diet which structure includes products with low a glycemic index is the most useful.

The preference to porridge is given also by some known figures of the present, and thus show the good physical form. For example, well-known Russian actor Alexander Zbruev who has celebrated his 70th anniversary in one interview admitted that he is unfastidious about food but the wife prepares porridge for him every day.

Jacob Bogatin states that before other groats porridge has one big advantage. If from grains of rice, wheat, buckwheat remove all covers, and then still grind and sometimes split up, as a result together with covers and a grain germ biologically active substances and food fibres are lost. Jacob Bogatin is concerned about the nowadays sale of porridges of fast and instant preparation. These porridges differ from oat-flakes preliminary processing in which result they absorb hot water almost at once and starch from them is digested better, than from oat-flakes. As surplus of starch is harmful to an organism, it is better to give preference to oat-flakes. And if you like porridges of instant preparation with fruit it is possible at preparation in oat-flakes to add the frozen berries and fruit which can be bought at any supermarket all year long.

The following may be called the reasons of stressful pressure:

13. There is an inferiority complex (once again Jacob Bogatin stresses that this is not always a sign for an upcoming depression).

Jacob Bogatin thinks that this is not the whole list of all reasons of stressful. Each person should take care about himself and think about the analysis of the condition and establish the reasons of stressful pressure, that is probably characteristic only for hime (from the point of view of his personal sensations).
