1) Uncertainty of roles
Uncertainty of roles arises when a worker is not sure what to expect from his boss. Unlike the conflict of roles, here requirements will not be inconsistent, but also are evasive and indefinite. People should have correct and clear idea about management expectations – what they should do, as they should do and how.
2) Uninteresting work
Jacob Bogatin stresses that the individuals having more interesting work show some researches, that, show less anxieties and are less subject to physical indispositions, than engaged in uninteresting work. However sights at concept “interesting” work differs from one person to another: for one it seems interesting or boring, for another one it will be completely not obligatory interesting. Successful activity what it would not be, leaves less consequences of ageing, hence, you can live long and happily, if you choose work that interests and satisfies you and you can successfully cope with it.
The stress can result from bad physical conditions, for example, deviations in temperature of a premise, bad lighting or excessive noise. According to Jacob Bogatin, wrong parities between powers and responsibility, bad channels of information interchange in the organisations and unreasonable requirements of employees to each other too can cause stress.
